If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may refuse service or close accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

2. Description of the service

NextJobPortal provides tools to discover and explore job postings and related content. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice. We do not guarantee that any particular job will remain available or that listings are error-free.

3. Accounts and registration

Where the Service offers accounts or subscriptions, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts;
• Scrape, harvest, or automate access in a way that overloads or harms the Service, except as allowed by robots.txt or written permission;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
• Upload malware or interfere with security or integrity;
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk communications.

5. Job listings and third-party sites

Listings may originate from employers or third-party sources. NextJobPortal does not employ you and is not a party to any employment agreement. Applications may redirect to external websites; those sites have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, hiring decisions, or application processes.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, branding, text, graphics, and software (except user content or third-party materials), is owned by NextJobPortal or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission, except as allowed by law or for personal, non-commercial browsing.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextJobPortal and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) one hundred dollars (USD $100), if you paid nothing.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify NextJobPortal against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will survive termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where NextJobPortal operates its primary business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
