Entry-Level Customer Success & Program Support Representative - EducationServices

Year Up United seeks an Entry Level Customer Success team member to support young adults and employer partners in our innovative workforce development programs. In this impact-driven role, you will respond to participant and partner inquiries, help onboard new students, track progress and outcomes, and ensure an exceptional, equity-centered experience. You’ll coordinate meetings and workshops, maintain accurate records in CRM or database tools, and escalate complex issues to senior staff. Collaborating with a mission-focused, inclusive team, you will help close the opportunity divide while building foundational skills in customer success and education services.
