Order Processors support the timely and accurate coordination of residential interior finishes projects, including flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and related products. The role manages project documentation, order processing, and communication from start to finish, working closely with internal teams, customers, and vendor partners to meet project needs while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and profitability.
Successful candidates are detail-oriented, adaptable, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Processors are responsible for handling and managing data, documents, and transactions in operating systems.
Verify job scope and documentation from sales teams for accuracy, including material, labor, contracts, purchase orders, billing totals, etc.
Utilizing customers’ computer scheduling program keeping Installation Coordinators apprised of changes.
Communicate technical information, progress, and expectations to builders, customers, production, and sales teams throughout the process.
Participate in continuing training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of technical aspect of installation, knowledge of new processing systems and tools.
