As a

Mortgage Loan Processor

, you’ll play a critical role in turning loan applications into successful closings. You’ll work closely with Loan Originators, Underwriters, and borrowers to make sure every loan file is complete, compliant, and ready to cross the finish line.
Review incoming loan documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Verify borrower information, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate directly with borrowers and Loan Originators
Order credit reports, appraisals, flood certifications, title work, insurance, and other required documentation
Communicate with customers regarding loan status, next steps, and timelines
Perform thorough document audits prior to funding
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and company policies
High School Diploma or equivalent required
~Mortgage industry experience is a plus (but we’re open to strong candidates!)
~ Military education or experience may substitute for education or work experience

Strong customer service mindset with clear, confident communication skills
Solid understanding of real estate documentation, compliance, and loan policies
Ability to manage multiple files, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Comfortable navigating loan systems and standard office equipment
Quick to learn new software and process updates
Professional office environment with a moderate noise level
Daily computer use (6–8 hours)
