The role will focus on improving business identity resolution, graph connectivity, data coverage and quality, source evaluation, and downstream usability of Business Graph data.
This individual will operate as an independent product owner within a defined scope, managing the product roadmap and backlog, defining requirements, monitoring product performance, and supporting the continued development and adoption of Business Graph capabilities.
The ideal candidate combines strong product management and analytical skills with experience or familiarity in B2B data, identity resolution, entity matching, marketing data, or other data-intensive products.
Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for the Business Graph product or defined Business Graph capabilities.
Own and manage the product backlog, including epics, user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, and prioritization.
Partner with Engineering and Data Science teams to develop capabilities related to business identity resolution, entity matching, graph construction, linkage, scoring, and business hierarchies.
Drive improvements in Business Graph coverage, connectivity, accuracy, consistency, and data quality.
Support the evaluation of new and existing data sources and signals to determine their potential value to Business Graph coverage, connectivity, accuracy, and product differentiation.
Establish and manage product OKRs and KPIs, including measures related to coverage, match rates, data quality, graph connectivity, source contribution, adoption, availability, and operational performance.

Identify dependencies and risks across Business Graph and related data, identity, cloud, and delivery capabilities, escalating complex cross-product tradeoffs to senior product leadership as appropriate.
Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of product management or related experience.
Background in product development, data products, marketing data, identity, or related technical environments.
Practical knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices, including roadmap development, backlog management, requirements definition, and prioritization.
Experience partnering with Engineering, Data Science, Data Operations, or other technical teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data and product metrics to support product decisions.
Domain familiarity with marketing data, B2B data, data products, or other information-intensive product environments.
Experience or familiarity with B2B identity resolution, entity resolution, business identity graphs, entity matching, or graph-based data products.
Understanding B2B data concepts including businesses, locations, professionals, firmographics, business hierarchies, and relationships between entities.
Experience evaluating data sources for coverage, quality, uniqueness, and incremental product value.
Familiarity with identity resolution concepts such as deterministic and probabilistic matching, graph relationships, scoring, and data quality.
