JLL is a Fortune 200 real estate and investment management company. Falcon is JLLs developer platform: the CI/CD, developer portal, and dependency tooling every engineering team here builds on, across every kind of app and service. Agents are where its growing fastest.
Your job: own the developer platform for everything JLL engineering ships, not only agents: Today teams solve auth, deployment, observability, and governance on their own; Build automated create, UAT, and production pipelines for every app and service on the platform, with the deepest investment in MCP servers and agents. Keep every team current as packages, services, and skills change, without extra work on their end.
Stay close to the teams building on the platform, agents especially, find where they lose time, and turn that into a platform capability.
After a teams first deploy, give them tracing, evals, and cost attribution by default, and build governance into the pipeline itself, so they stay compliant automatically.
Youre measured on: agents running in production and still improving, time to a teams first production agent or service, how fast the pipeline improves, and how fast the general platform backlog moves.
8+ years in product management or technical product leadership on platform, infrastructure, or developer-tooling products, at the Staff IC level.

~ Hands-on LLM and agent building (agents, MCP, tool calling) that you personally do.

~ A track record of creating platforms developers actually chose to use.

~ CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, cloud runtime trade-offs, and internal engineering tooling (GitHub Actions at scale, dependency management, developer portals). AWS (especially Bedrock), Kubernetes, Terraform, or GitOps

~ Internal developer platforms or golden paths at enterprise scale, including Backstage

~ Reporting to the Head of Product, AI Platform. Youll lead a dedicated team of engineers and SREs across the platform (deployment pipelines for every app and service, agents most of all), partnering daily with engineering leaders, principal architects, and security. Were AI-native: we automate our own work and expect you to do the same. We prioritize shipping working code over long planning cycles.
