About the Role

Join a fast-growing insurtech company to help scale claims operations. Working directly with the CEO, you will bring structure and clarity to the processes that support claims handling, with the opportunity to grow into leadership of a core business area.
What Youll Do

Own special projects and strategic initiatives in partnership with the CEO.

Build and formalize claims operations, including process design, hiring, and workflows.

Design scalable, data-driven processes that improve product workflows.

Lead cross-functional problem solving across product, engineering, and business teams.

Bring structure and clarity to a range of high-impact initiatives in a fast-changing environment.

What Were Looking For

At least 2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy and operations at a high-growth startup.

A structured, data-driven approach and strong attention to detail.

Experience solving problems independently and adapting to ambiguity and rapid context switching.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers, teammates, and partners.

Interest in insurance claims operations and scaling processes in a growing business.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $100,000 to $150,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location

Remote within the United States. The primary location is San Francisco, California.
