Support Client Relationships and Account Execution Partner closely with Account Strategists to support day-to-day client needs and ensure smooth account operations. Help facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, keeping projects moving forward and ensuring deliverables and timelines are met. Coordinate Creative Workflows and Deliverables Organize and track creative assets, feedback, approvals, and project updates across active client accounts. Maintain visibility into key milestones and help ensure campaigns stay on schedule. Translate Performance Insights into Action Assist in analyzing campaign performance and translating key metrics into actionable insights. Partner with account and creative teams to help identify opportunities for creative improvements and optimization. Support Creative Testing and Optimization Efforts Help coordinate creative testing initiatives and landing page optimization efforts designed to improve campaign performance. Contribute to documenting learnings and ensuring testing plans are executed effectively. Support the development and quality assurance of client-facing reports, presentations, and deliverables. Ensure materials are accurate, polished, and aligned with client expectations. Help ensure follow-ups are completed and stakeholders remain aligned on priorities and next steps. 3-5 years of agency or in house experience across paid social digital marketing for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snap ~ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once ~ Familiarity with social media platforms and trends is a plus ~ Strong familiarity with Google Suite and Slack ~ Remote or hybrid work environment with flexible hours ~ Unlimited PTO + company holidays ~ Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and disability coverage ~ Life & AD&D insurance ~Compensation for each opportunity is determined based on the applicable labor market, the scope and structure of the role or engagement, and the individuals qualifications and experience.
