At GXO Logistics, we believe that hiring great people is critical to our success. You will partner closely with hiring managers to develop and execute hiring strategies that align with our business goals. Work creatively with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure exempt and non-exempt positions are filled with highly talented candidates in a seamless manner
Partner with senior management to develop recruitment strategy
Conduct regular business partner meetings to educate on recruiting best practices and market data, including execution of recruiting processes and tools
Support junior recruiters providing feedback, sharing best practices and helping them grow professionally
Develop innovative and creative ways to attract the most qualified and diverse candidates
Coordinate and attend recruiting events
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
~2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
~ Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
~ MBA or advanced degree in related field
~4 years of progressively responsible experience in HR, specifically in employment, high-volume recruiting, EEO and compliance
