Senior Manager, Managed Programs

Lead cross-functional programs and manage a team of program and project managers to deliver business-critical initiatives. Manages the planning and delivery of high-impact programs that span multiple teams or departments.
~​Leads a team of program/project managers, overseeing their development, execution quality, and career growth.
~​Tracks and reports on program performance, resource usage, risks, and milestones.
~​10+ years of experience in program or project management
~​3+ years of experience in people management or leading large-scale initiatives
~​Bachelor’s degree required; PMP, Agile, or equivalent certifications preferred
~​Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments
~​Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project)
~​Experience in SaaS, tech, or enterprise project delivery preferred
