Emergency Department Social Worker

Kaiser Permanente seeks a Licensed Social Worker for our Emergency Department within the Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this fast-paced role, you will provide crisis-focused psychosocial assessments, brief interventions, and safe discharge planning for diverse patients and families. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and community partners to address social determinants of health, ensure continuity of care, and support patient safety.
