Position Summary

We are looking for a dependable, motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience with MIG welding, can read fabrication drawings, and takes pride in producing quality work.

Responsibilities

• MIG weld carbon steel components
• Read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints
• Fit, tack, and assemble fabricated parts
• Operate basic fabrication equipment, including saws, grinders, and drills
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work safely and efficiently to meet production schedules

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of welding and fabrication experience preferred
• Proficient in MIG welding
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
• Experience using measuring tools and maintaining tight tolerances
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and good attendance
