We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our small team of 2-5 members, primarily working on outdoor sites. The ideal candidate will specialize in welding and handle various welding operations from metal fabrication to finishing. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and adherence to safety compliance, with occasional travel involved.

Responsibilities

  • Perform welding operations including MIG welding
  • Fabricate metal components according to specifications
  • Prepare materials and ensure safety compliance on site
  • Grind and finish welded joints to meet quality standards
  • Maintain welding equipment and tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of welding experience
  • Vocational training in welding or related field
  • Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Arc welding techniques
  • Experience in metal fabrication and safety procedures
  • Welding equipment maintenance skills
  • Strong attention to detail and physical stamina
