Warehouse Clamp Forklift Operator

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're hiring a Warehouse Clamp Forklift Operator to support a busy warehouse distribution and logistics operation in Carson, California. In this role, you'll safely move products throughout the facility, help keep shipments accurate and on schedule, and play a key part in day-to-day warehouse flow.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Operate a clamp truck and forklift safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment.

• Load and unload trailers using clamp attachments while preventing product damage.

• Move products and materials to designated storage areas.

• Pull, stage, and prepare orders for shipment.

• Verify product quantities and inspect loads for accuracy and visible damage.

• Perform inventory transactions using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Prior experience operating clamp trucks in a warehouse environment.

• Experience loading and unloading trailers.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

• Ability to pass an on-site forklift assessment before starting.

• Ability to follow the required dress code: work pants, work T-shirt, and work shoes.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

First-shift schedule starting at 5:00 AM.
