Key Responsibilities: • Direct daily operations of the supported living programs • Empower staff through coaching and mentorship • Ensure adherence to policies and compliance measures • Oversee budgets and performance metrics • Cultivate relationships with community partners Requirements: • Degree or diploma in relevant field • Minimum 5 years' experience in disability services • At least 2 years of supervisory experience • Must have driver's license and vehicle • Current VITA certifications required Lead with purpose and influence change at VITA by enhancing community support and staff development.
