Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 7a-3p (must be able to work occasional Saturdays)

Rate: $17-$21/hr.

Job Description: TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking an Assembler with at least 2 years of valve assembly or mechanical assembly experience for a position in the Houston, TX area. Will be responsible for assembling valve components and subassemblies, mounting actuators, fittings, and hoses, performing light fabrication, and inspecting and testing completed products to ensure quality standards are met. Must have experience using hand tools, air tools, torque tools, and measuring equipment, along with the ability to drill, tap, ream, and perform basic mechanical fitting as needed. Experience with valve repair, disassembly, troubleshooting, and rework in a manufacturing environment is required. Ability to read and follow written instructions, work safely in a shop environment, and lift and move valve components is essential. Experience operating hoists or forklifts and working in valve manufacturing or industrial assembly environments is a plus.
