Locums Urology APP (PA or NP) Marshfield, WI (any state license accepted)Why This Role

  • 1:3 or 1:4 call ratio
  • Strong support team: 4 APPs, 1 RN, 3 MAs, 7 office staff
  • Board-eligible accepted
  • Flexible commitment (2-4 weeks/month)
    • Assignment Details
  • Start: ASAP, ongoing
  • Schedule: Clinic 8a-5p plus call coverage
  • Commitment: 2-4 weeks per month, full-time
  • Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours + call
  • Call: Beeper, 15-min response, 1:3 or 1:4 ratio
  • Volume: 10-16 patients/shift
  • Setting: Outpatient + inpatient, Level 2 trauma
  • Patient population: adult only (no peds except emergency treatment during call)
  • Support: 4 APPs, 1 RN, 3 MAs, 7 office staff
  • EMR: Cerner
  • Credentialing: 60 days (temp privileges available)
  • Nearest airport: Central Wisconsin (CWA)
    • Clinical Details
  • Urology APP coverage - clinic, surgery assist, and call
  • Clinical and surgical urology experience required
  • Surgical robotic experience preferred
  • Cystoscopy ability a plus (not required)
  • Adult only (pediatric only in emergency during call)
    • Requirements
  • Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • License: any state accepted (WI obtained during credentialing via Act 10)
  • Active DEA
  • Clinical and surgical urology experience required
    • Compensation
  • Rate negotiable, open to your number
  • Malpractice provided
  • Travel and lodging reimbursed
