Schedule
  • Call-only coverage
  • 24-hour beeper call (8:00 AM-8:00 AM)
  • Select July dates include daytime coverage (8:00 AM-5:00 PM) with overnight beeper call
  • Individual dates available; partial coverage welcomed
  • Average callback: 2-6 hours per 24-hour call shift
Requirements
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
  • Active Arizona medical license or IMLC Letter of Qualification (LOQ)
  • Active DEA
  • Minimum of one year of urology experience
  • Case logs demonstrating recent procedural experience
  • COVID-19 and influenza vaccination (exemptions considered)
