Work Dates Needed: 8/10-11/20/2026 with possible extension

Preferred Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm.

Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinic

Scope of Work: As a locum provider, you will be accountable for treating both scheduled and walk-in work-related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting. Clinicians must be able to see 3-4 patients per hour or roughly 24 patients in an 8-9 hrs shift.

Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active Unrestricted CA license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert

EMR: All_Scripts

Comments: DOT Cert required before 1st shift.

We are looking for an IM or FP with Occ Med/UC experience who can cover the dates at the above clinic - The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of OM/UC experience, DOT Cert Required!
