Occupational Care/ Urgent Care - Washington State

  • Work Dates Needed: As soon as credentialed thru 9/30/2026 with potential for extension
  • Preferred Schedule: 8-5 Mon-Fri
  • Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinic
  • Scope of Work:Pre-employment physicals, urgent care, work-related injuries
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active, Unrestricted WA license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert required.
  • Pay Rate Preferred: $140-145/hr
  • Comments: Monday - Friday. Clinic Hours are 8 am-5 pm (providers are expected to see patients until the clinic closes). Need to be DOT certified on the 1st day.
