Travel ER RN (Emergency Department Registered Nurse) - Watertown, NY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) for a high-priority, 13-week travel contract at Samaritan Medical Center in Watertown, New York.

This position is exclusively for travel professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess strong leadership and critical care skills.

• Contract Length: 13 Weeks

• Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)

• Hours Guaranteed: 36 Hours per week (Work Week: Thu - Wed)

• Assignment Type: Travel Only

To be considered for this high-priority role, candidates must meet the following baseline requirements:

• Licensure: Current and active New York State (NYS) RN License.

• Experience: Prior Travel Nurse experience is strictly required. Meditech EMR experience is strictly required. Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. Critical Care and Charge Nurse experience is highly preferred.

• Certifications: Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required. Must be IV, medication, and phlebotomy certified during orientation.

• Local Radius Rule: Candidates must reside more than 100 miles away from the facility to qualify as travel staff.

• Clinical Skills: Must demonstrate strong leadership skills, proper prioritization/delegation capabilities, and the ability to function well and solve problems creatively in high-stress, life-threatening situations.
