TIG Welder Location: St. Charles, IL Pay: $25-$30/hr, based on experience Schedule: 1st Shift Job Type: Full-Time Position Overview We are looking for an experienced TIG Welder to join our team in St. Charles. This position is ideal for someone with strong TIG/GTAW experience, particularly with pipe and stainless steel, who takes pride in producing clean, precise welds. Responsibilities Perform TIG/GTAW welding on pipe and metal components Weld stainless steel and other materials according to specifications Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding instructions Complete welds to quality and dimensional standards Perform fit-up, setup, and preparation prior to welding Inspect finished welds and make adjustments as needed Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all safety and quality procedures Qualifications 3-5 years of welding experience preferred Strong TIG/GTAW welding experience Pipe welding experience strongly preferred Experience with 6G pipe welding and open-root welding is a major plus Experience welding stainless steel preferred Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation & Benefits $25-$30/hr, depending on experience and skill level Full-time, 1st shift position Opportunity to work with a skilled manufacturing team Benefits available
