Physical Therapist Sierra Vista, AZ (Outpatient + Light Inpatient Coverage)

We are actively hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join a collaborative and supportive rehab team in Sierra Vista, Arizona. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a strong compensation package, excellent team culture, and a healthy work-life balance.

Position Overview:

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Setting: Primarily outpatient with inpatient coverage once every 6 weeks (average 4 5 patients/day)

• Evaluations: 90-minute initial evaluations

• Follow-ups: 45-minute sessions, conducted by PTAs

• Team: Work alongside 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $100,000 $120,000 depending on experience

• Sign-on Bonus/Relocation:

  • $20,000 sign-on bonus + $15,000 relocation assistance

  • OR combine into $35,000 if relocation isn t needed

  • 3-year commitment required; $20,000 paid upfront, $5,000 paid annually over next 3 years

• Living Stipend: $1,000/month for the first 12 months
