Job Description Job Description Production Tech - 2nd Shift

A leader in the electronic component manufacturing industry is seeking a Production Tech for a contract-to-hire position in the area of Andover, MA. This company is known for its commitment to innovation and quality.

Shift of the Production Tech:
2nd Shift M-F, 3:30 -12pm

Pay Rate/Salary of the Production Tech:
$20/hr+ 10% shift differential = $22/hr

Responsibilities of the Production Tech:

  • Set up and conduct initial testing of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
  • Follow test specifications, methods, and procedures from blueprints, drawings, and diagrams.
  • Test assemblies and/or final systems as required.
  • Complete rework on assemblies and/or systems based on testing results.
  • Assist in the setup of specialized test equipment.
Qualifications of the Production Tech:

  • Associate degree, military technical training, or equivalent vocational training required.
  • 0-1 year of related experience required.
  • Experience in testing digital and/or analog systems may be required.
  • Ability to read drawings and utilize measurement instruments effectively.
  • Strong manual dexterity and coordination skills are essential.
