What You ll Do

• Provide expert cardiothoracic surgical care, including CABG, arterial revascularization, redo coronary revascularization, and valve repairs/replacements
• Manage hospital-based rounding, emergency cases, and trauma-level 2 patient care
• Conduct surgeries in a facility equipped with 20 operating rooms
• Collaborate with support staff including PAs, anesthesia, nursing, and ancillary teams
• Document all procedures and patient care activities in EPIC or equivalent EMR
• Participate in on-call coverage as scheduled, including emergency and trauma responses
• Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and patient confidentiality policies

What You Need

• Ohio medical license and board certification in cardiothoracic surgery
• Minimum 2 years experience in complex cardiac surgeries
• Proven proficiency in CABG, valve repairs/replacements, and redo surgeries
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call shifts
