Surgery - General Physician

Location: Apache County, NE AZ Specialty: General Surgery; diverse range of ages from peds to geriatric Schedule: Long term Locums; 3 month minimum contract commitment with options for extension Shifts: 8 hours/day; 40 hrs/week; Clinic hours: 9a-3p; 1 day/week on OR + Call - 1:4 and 1weekend per month; option for more if desired Setting: Inpatient/Outpatien/ER Procedures: Wide range of surgical procedures including hernias, appendectomies, cholecystectomies, treatment of infections/abcesses, endoscopy, B&B; Case Logs required Credentialing Timeframe will be expedited for this need Requirements:

• BC or legitimate BE
• Any U.S. state or territory license; active & unrestricted
• Active or Transferable unrestricted DEA
• Clean Background/DEA/NPDB
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications from AHA
• Updated CV when responding to this posting
