A well-established hospital in Western Massachusetts is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible General Surgeon to help develop and support a growing surgical program.
This is a newly available position offering the opportunity to join a collaborative medical staff and provide a broad range of general surgical services in a community hospital environment. The incoming surgeon will have the ability to build a rewarding practice while working with experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and hospital leadership.

Qualifications- MD or DO
- Completion of an accredited General Surgery residency
- Board certified or board eligible in General Surgery
- Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts
- Strong clinical, operative, and communication skills
- Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care
