Location: Eastern border with Virginia, within 45 miles of Blacksburg and Roanoke; Greenbrier County; beautiful small suburban towns; historic nature; southern hospitality; great place to live or retire; great recreation, entertainment, historical buildings/homes/plantations/cemeteries to visit; and unbelievable southern charm.
Reason for need: Vacancy/Long-Term Permanent Search (provider chosen may be considered for perm)
Duration: Ongoing
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Ongoing (until perm CRNA is hired)
Schedule/Shift: Clinical hours + Call (Beeper) 2 X per week; 15 minute response required
Setting: Inpatient
EMR: Athena/Medhost
Requirements: Active WV license, ACLS, PALS, BLS
Temporary Privileges Available
Credentialing Timeframe: approximately 30 days
All travel and lodging provided
