Barrie, ON $46.20/hour Full-Time Permanent

We're recruiting for a Senior Millwright for a straight AFTERNOON shift to join a leading automated manufacturing facility.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled trades professional with 5+ years of post-certification experience maintaining and troubleshooting complex CNC machinery, robotics, PLC-controlled systems, and automated production equipment. Beyond technical expertise, we're seeking individuals who can coach, mentor, and develop junior trades team members.

What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair advanced manufacturing equipment
• Support CNC machines, robotics, PLC-driven systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Perform preventative maintenance, overhauls, calibrations, and emergency repairs
• Lead equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
• Utilize CMMS systems to document maintenance activities
• Mentor apprentices and junior technicians while promoting a strong safety culture

What We're Looking For

• 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) License or Interprovincial Red Seal
• Minimum 5 years' post-certification experience
• Strong background in automated manufacturing environments
• Experience with CNC machinery, robotics, and PLC-controlled equipment
• Advanced troubleshooting skills in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities
