Blossoming Minds Therapies is seeking a passionate and collaborative Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing, clinic-based team. In this role, you will provide speech and language services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs, with a strong focus on functional communication and early intervention.

Duties
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for pediatric clients
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans focused on functional communication
- Provide engaging, child-centered speech therapy sessions
- Collaborate closely with BCBAs and behavior technicians to ensure consistency of care
- Support and implement communication systems, including AAC when appropriate
- Provide parent and caregiver training to promote carryover of skills at home
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with payer and regulatory standards
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary treatment planning
- Active North Carolina licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- CCC-SLP preferred (CFY candidates welcome)
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
- Strong understanding of early intervention and functional communication
- Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team (ABA experience is a plus)
