The Solar Installer will join dedicated installation teams primarily handling residential projects. This role involves on-site solar panel installation and maintenance, ensuring systems are safely and efficiently set up to meet client and company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Install solar panels and related equipment at residential sites
  • Conduct site assessments to prepare installation plans
  • Perform wiring and electrical connections following safety regulations
  • Maintain and troubleshoot equipment during and after installation
  • Ensure safety compliance throughout all installation activities
  • Test systems for performance and functionality
  • Document installation processes and results accurately
  • Coordinate effectively with team members in dedicated installation teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in solar installation
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficient in solar panel installation and blueprint reading
  • Strong commitment to safety compliance
  • Ability to collaborate well within a team
