We're hiring Colorado-licensed Apprentice and Journeyman Electricians to support a large-scale, 200+ MW energy storage facility in Fort Morgan, CO.

What You'll Be DoingAs part of the electrical construction team, you'll play a key role in installing and commissioning critical power systems that support grid reliability and renewable energy integration.
Responsibilities include:
- Installing, terminating, and testing electrical systems
- Performing power and control terminations
- Installing underground conduit, cable, and related electrical infrastructure
- Running, bending, and securing conduit
- Pulling, routing, labeling, and organizing electrical wiring and cabling
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
- Assisting with testing, troubleshooting, and quality checks
- Ensuring all work meets electrical code and project specifications
- Working safely in an industrial construction environment
- Coordinating with electricians, supervisors, and other trades to keep the project moving forward
- Current Colorado Apprentice or Journeyman Electrician License
- Experience in industrial, large commercial, power generation, energy, or oil & gas environments
- Experience with conduit installation and bending
- Knowledge of electrical construction methods and safety practices
- Ability to read electrical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Heavy power and control terminations
- Underground electrical installations
- Cable pulling and cable management on large projects
- Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), renewable energy, substation, or utility-scale power experience
- Large-scale construction project experience
- Prevailing wage compensation
- Pay range: $33.17 - $66.33 per hour

This position is based at a large-scale industrial construction site in Fort Morgan, Colorado. Work is performed primarily outdoors and may involve varying weather conditions. Electricians should be comfortable standing, bending, lifting, climbing, and working with electrical tools and equipment throughout the day.
Appropriate PPE, work boots, and construction attire are required at all times.
