In this full-time role, you'll help ensure the physical aspects of our 359-unit apartment community meet company standards, resident expectations, and applicable compliance requirements.
Compensation & Incentives- Base Pay: $19.50 - $22.50 per hour
- Up to 50% Rent Discount
- Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions
- Morgan Essentials: $300 Quarterly
- On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone

- Troubleshoot and complete service requests including, but not limited to, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance and support day-to-day property upkeep
- Complete make-readies and assist in maintaining curb appeal and community appearance
- Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws
- Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance service requests and resident concerns
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents, office staff, and maintenance leadership regarding repairs and updates.
- HVAC/EPA/CFC certifications are preferred but not required.
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Paid rotating on-call participation required
- Must be available and prepared for emergency events as needed
- Active, valid driver's license and a personal vehicle
- HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred, but not required
- One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
