Key Responsibilities
Our patient population consists primarily of individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain conditions, as well as those needing support for mental health challenges that may affect physical well-being. You will be working with diverse patients who require tailored therapeutic interventions, making your role critical in bridging physical rehabilitation with holistic mental health support.
Qualifications
The salary for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations and screenings to assess the physical capabilities and rehabilitation needs of patients, developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation, to aid in recovery.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes, maintaining detailed documentation of patient interactions and treatment effectiveness.
- Collaborate regularly with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, medical practitioners, and mental health specialists, to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to patient care.
- Lead patient education sessions and group therapy initiatives, teaching self-management techniques and promoting healthy lifestyles that contribute to recovery.
- Participate in outreach programs aimed at educating the community about physical health and wellness, further enhancing our center's service visibility.

- Licensed Physical Therapist with an active state license to practice in California.
