As a Senior Global Benefits & Leaves Specialist, you will shape our leave philosophy while ensuring compliance and integration with systems like Workday. Your work will focus on implementing leave programs, from short-term disability to flexible vacation policies, enhancing our employee experience. Key Responsibilities: • Design a global leave philosophy aligned with company values • Benchmark leave programs for competitive positioning • Implement short-term and long-term disability programs • Collaborate with stakeholders for compliance across jurisdictions • Develop resources and training for leaves administration Requirements: • 5+ years in global leaves or absence management • Knowledge of US and Canadian regulatory requirements • Proven project leadership experience • Strong stakeholder management skills • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Lead the way in developing meaningful leave programs and enhance our Total Rewards offerings at Clio.
