Your Day-to-Day

Walk customers through insurance products, benefits, and available options
Build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients
Respond to questions and provide knowledgeable support throughout the sales process
Maintain consistent communication with prospects and existing clients
Keep organized records of appointments, applications, and follow-ups
Work toward individual sales objectives while contributing to team goals
Take part in regular training sessions, team meetings, and coaching

A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Comfortable speaking with customers by phone or video
Self-discipline and the ability to stay productive independently
Goal-driven mindset and strong work ethic
Professional and personable approach when working with clients
Previous sales experience is not required
