Sales and Purchasing Coordinator Spare Parts (m/f/d)

Job description

As a Sales and Purchasing Coordinator Spare Parts (m/f/d), you will play a vital role in supporting our Field Service operations by managing spare parts sales and procurement, logistic, invoicing and material master data. If you have strong SAP expertise, a structured working style and a passion for technology, we look forward to welcoming you to our team.

• Organize intercompany (IC) and third-party orders, including intercompany and third-party billing and invoicing
• Maintain and update material master data
• Assist for the logistic of oversea spare parts deliveries
• Work with our worldwide entities to ensure fastest delivery of spare parts to our clients

Required profile

YOUR PROFILE:

• You have deep knowledge of SAP system.
• You have a completed technical degree or training in a relevant field.
• You have experience in logistics.
• You work independently and have a structured approach to tasks.
• You are enthusiastic about technology and innovation.
• You have good English skills; German language skills are a plus.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
• You are available to travel to the USA for trainings and meetings.
• Please note that candidates must already be authorized to work in Canada (Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work permit). Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
