Rheumatology opening in Wisconsin - Located in Appleton, WI - Green Bay 30m - Full-time, permanent position - 1.0 FTE- 36 patient contact hours per week (flexible with schedule) - Team consists of 3 Physicians, 1 Nurse Practitioner, RN's & MA's - Call: Every 3rd week (minimal by phone call ONLY) - Outreach Clinic at Critical Access Hospitals - EPIC EMR used throughout health systemOffer Details: - Income Details: Competitive Base salary + value based incentive - Signing Bonus - Vacation: 35 days inclusive of vacation, CME and holidays - CMEOther Benefits: - Health/Dental/Vision - Short and Long Term Disability - Malpractice, Paid Tail Coverage & WI Patient Compensation Fund - Licensing/Board Fees Reimbursement - Retirement Plans: 403b with a company match and 457b with a company contribution
