Job Summary: We're looking for a motivated and experienced Residential Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be responsible for installing and repairing electrical systems-including wiring, fixtures, panels, and services-as well as mentoring apprentices on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics to determine material and labor requirements
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors
• Train and oversee apprentices on best practices and code compliance

Qualifications:

• Journeyman-level experience (5+ years preferred)
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate lifts, trenchers, and other small equipment
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy equipment/materials
• Solid math and measurement skills
• Professional appearance and positive, respectful attitude
• OSHA certification is a plus
