TransForce is seeking CDL A drivers to support regional operations based in Maryville, Tennessee. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, weekly home time, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule
  • Pay: $2,000 per week
  • Average annual earnings: $105,000
  • Schedule: 5 to 5.5-day workweek with dispatch on Sunday or Monday
  • Time off: Home weekly with two consecutive days off
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Employment type: Temp to perm
Job Details
  • Route type: Regional
  • Freight: Aluminum products
  • Equipment: Flatbed Conestoga with automatic transmission
  • Truck assignment: Assigned trucks
  • Load handling: Secure and unsecure loads; no tarping required
Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate assigned equipment on regional routes
  • Transport freight in accordance with DOT and safety standards
  • Secure and unsecure loads as required
  • Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams
  • Meet the physical demands of the role
Minimum Requirements
  • Valid CDL A
  • 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
  • Flatbed experience preferred; training provided
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
  • Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
