About the Position

TransForce is seeking CDL A Flatbed Drivers to support regional and OTR operations for our client in Dallas, Texas. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, new equipment, paid training, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $30 per hour
• Additional listed pay: $0.62 per mile
• Schedule: Monday through Friday with two days home
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Employment type: Dedicated
• Start date: August 24, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on regional and OTR routes.
• Transport roofing and construction materials in accordance with DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform required handling tasks, including tarping and strapping.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations.
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting, climbing, strapping, and tarping.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
• Experience: 0+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Recent qualified graduates are accepted.
• No endorsements required.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record, with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
