Position Overview

The Bishop of the Diocese of Montreal invites applications for the part-time position of Incumbent of the Church of St. George's, Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue.

St. George's is a welcoming Anglican parish located on the western tip of Montreal seeking a compassionate and community minded Parish Priest to lead the congregation in worship, pastoral care, and outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead worship services with meaningful liturgy and strong music ministry.
• Provide pastoral care, including sermons, counseling, and spiritual growth opportunities.
• Coordinate and support the active food outreach program, including community meals.
• Collaborate with the parish administrator, wardens, and lay readers to manage parish life.
• Foster relationships within the parish and the wider community.

Qualifications

• Clergy of the Anglican Church of Canada or a church in full communion.
• Ability to lead worship and organize music selections.
• Experience in pastoral care and community outreach.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills.
