Recruitment Consultant Location: West Hollywood, CA Full-Time On-Site Start Dates: November 2, 2026/January 2027 Salary: $42,500 base + commission ($70,000-$85,000 1st Year OTE) The Opportunity This is a great opportunity for competitive student-athletes or similarly minded graduates looking to build a career in sales, recruiting, and business development. You'll act as both a market expert and career advisor, building lasting partnerships with clients and candidates in your niche market. We will train you to manage the full recruitment process, developing commercial and interpersonal skills that create long-term success in business.
