Board Certified - Radiology - Interventional
Job Details:
- Provide locum tenens coverage for Interventional Radiology services critical to maintaining the facility's Level II Trauma status
- Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday; no on-call requirements
- Coverage dates include multiple blocks from August through October
- Perform broad-based IR practice procedures including spine procedures (pain management injections, vertebral augmentation, etc.)
- Perform ports and central line placements
- Perform solid organ biopsies and drainages
- Provide oncology interventions and image-guided therapies
- Perform kyphoplasty and breast biopsies
- Work within a collaborative team environment alongside dedicated technologists, nursing staff, and a PA who supports barium work, lumbar punctures, paracentesis, and thoracentesis
- Utilize EPIC EMR system
- Must be Board Certified (M.D. or D.O.)
- Nebraska license highly preferred; IMLC required if no Nebraska license
- Clean background and malpractice history highly preferred
- Must have availability confirmed at time of name clear
