Schedule:12-Hour Rotating Shifts
Day: 6:30 AM to 6:30 PMand Night: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector I to inspect medical device components and ensure products meet quality and specification requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Perform visual, mechanical, and basic functional inspections.
• Inspect small parts using microscopes, callipers, and micrometres.
• Identify and document defects and non-conforming products.
• Complete inspection records and quality documentation.
• Follow work instructions, specifications, and quality procedures.
• Support quality investigations and other quality activities.
• Follow FDA and cGMP requirements.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous quality inspection, QA/QC, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred.
• Experience with microscopes, callipers, or micrometres is a plus.
• Visual inspection and basic functional testing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
• Basic computer skills.
• Medical device, pharmaceutical, or FDA-regulated manufacturing experience is a plus
