Location: Middletown, NY
Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 2:50 PM - 11pm
Pay: $22-$23/hour + 6% shift differential
Type: Temp-to-Perm

Ethan Allen Workforce Solutions is hiring a Quality Inspector for a second shift in Middletown, NY. This role supports inspection, documentation, and shipping/receiving functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ideal for candidates with inspection or quality control experience who are comfortable working nights and occasional weekend overtime.

What You'll Do:

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final visual inspections
• Read blueprints, specs, and purchase orders
• Review and complete inspection documentation and travelers
• Enter receiving data into customer portals and internal systems
• Stage inspected parts for production and prepare completed parts for shipment
• Support basic shipping, receiving, and export documentation as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong computer and documentation skills
• Comfortable working mandatory overtime one weekend per month
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused

Physical & Schedule Requirements:

• Lift up to 24 lbs independently (heavier with assistance)
• Corrected vision is acceptable
• Orientation/training may start on 1st shift
• Mandatory OT one weekend every three weeks (Sunday = double time)
