Quality Control Technician - Temp-to-Hire

Location: Wadsworth, OH
Starting Pay: $15.00/hour
Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Employment: Temp-to-Hire

We are urgently hiring a Quality Control Technician for a medical device manufacturer in Wadsworth, OH. This is a great long-term opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys learning new processes.

What You'll Do

• Inspect and examine very small parts and components
• Perform detailed quality control inspections
• Follow established procedures and quality standards
• Learn and perform new inspection processes
• Identify defects and ensure products meet quality requirements
• Maintain a consistent level of accuracy and attention to detail

What We're Looking For

• Excellent attention to detail is essential
• Ability to work with small parts and perform precise inspections
• Strong ability to learn and follow detailed processes
• Reliable and dependable work ethic
• Comfortable working in a seated position for the duration of the shift
• Previous manufacturing or quality control experience is helpful, but the ability to learn and be trained is vital
