Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The Quality Assurance Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet quality standards and specifications. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of quality systems and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Utilize various measuring tools such as calipers, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and other inspection equipment to verify product dimensions
- Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or non-conformities
- Analyze data and test results to identify trends or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and reports
- Ensure compliance with quality systems, such as ISO standards, HACCP, and FDA regulations
- Participate in internal audits and assist with external audits as needed

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and procedures
- Proficiency in using measuring tools such as calipers, CMM, and other inspection equipment
- Ability to analyze data and test results to identify trends or areas for improvement
- Familiarity with quality systems and regulations (ISO standards, HACCP, FDA)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot defects or non-conformities
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
