Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient conditions through comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address their physical rehabilitation needs.
- Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to help patients regain strength, flexibility, and overall physical function.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes, while maintaining clear and accurate documentation of each session.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, psychologists, and occupational therapists, to create an integrated approach to patient care.
- Provide education to patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, home exercise programs, and injury prevention techniques.

Qualifications
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist, adhering to all relevant California regulations and guidelines.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

- Excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage a varied caseload, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a rehabilitation facility or similar clinical setting.
- Familiarity with patient management software and electronic health records.

- Competitive salary range of USD 115,000 - 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
