Responsibilities:
- Inspecting parts following customer requirements using drawings, inspection lists and visual inspections
- Interpreting customer specifications
- Assess and manage RMA's for disposition
- Enter non-conforming material into the database and maintain the database
- Create RMA work orders for repair or remake
- Visually and dimensionally inspect sheet metal parts for approval
- Use SolidWorks to provide information to departments
- Perform dimensional inspections on machined components
- Maintain accurate acceptance and rejection records
Qualifications:
- At least five years previous experience inspecting sheet metal and/or machined parts
- Able to read and understand specifications on prints
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience using calipers, micrometers and height gauges
- Strong analytic ability
- Good attention to detail
Hours
Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
The pay is $28.00 an hour based on experience
